Principles, Ray Dalio (2017)

My main takeaway is that by you letting other people know what your principles are, you save a lot of time in negotiations and overall understanding between parties.

Meritocracy is also presented as a must-achieve goal.

Radical truth and radical transparency are the main tools at your disposal, so you need to embrace them, even though that’s easier said than done.

Like a passage of the book, where the author mentions people knows they need to eat healthy, but for whatever reason don’t always do it.

Excerpt
